Hello community.

Previously when people thought of starting a business on the internet, many started with the creation of a blog, today when someone wants to start a business they think first of creating a YouTube channel than a blog.

Every time I see fewer people who are starting to create a blog.

What do you think about this issue?

Do you read any blogs or frequent any websites? Jack the ideas you like or build on them to make something for yourself

I don't think so, do it a unique way and a better idea than others will help.

Its not dying, Nowadays Videos are dominating blogs. Its becuase people are not willing to spend time on reading big articles or blog, instead videos are giving them what they want in very few mins. But still blogs are playing vital role in many ways, especially for SEO. if your content is really worth it, sure people will come for your blogs.

Bloggers aren’t just “blogging” now. We are running small business and we are entrepreneurs who are carving the entire way we think about advertising and media. Blogging are now designers, investors and playing bigger cards at the tables of advertising and investment opportunities.

Blogs are not dying. That said, personal blogs are completely dead (unless you are a public figure) and have been replaced by social.

never saw a business that starts with a youtube chan without having a website. maybe some freelancers.

I don't think blogs are dying as much as there are other platforms now.

Blogs are neither dying nor dead, they have just changed. The age of MySpace and personal blogs is long past, but business and specialized blogs still have great value in putting out niche and well-researched content. Also, written content now targets a somewhat different demographic, as teens don’t tend to read as much as they used to.
Not to beat around the bush, if you target your audience well and give them what they want, a blog will be just as effective as any other marketing tool that you can use. If not, it will just be dead weight.

Yes, they're dying in certain niches. People prefers visualization in some niches like Food Recipes, DIY and tutorials. In other niches it was fair game except may be in tech reviews. YouTube dominates that niche.
