I have heard from a friend of mine that Google no longer accepts backlinks from comment posting on different blogs. Is it true? Wont ScrapeBox work anymore?

Thanks.

Depends on where the backlink is coming from. Scrapebox works but you need do scrape authority links with some PR.

PM if you need help. :)

You will hear everything in the online world, and most of the stuff is baseless. Comments should not be for Google but for your internet marketing as they could also help improve your online reputation.

They still work but personally unless it's churn and burn I wouldn't use scrapebox, better to find them manually and do decent comments on pages that have less than 30 comments already there.

Hey Momin,

What works in SEO is quality, relevant backlinks from non-spammy sites.

So with that criteria in mind, depending were the links are coming from, it might have a varying degree of impact.

Thanks all. From above replies I am sure I shouldn't use ScrapeBox instead find high quality blogs and put quality comments that are related.

Blog Commenting still work and SB too!
But when commenting on someone's blog then make sure that page have authority and can pass some link juice to your site
