Are all CPA networks shaving leads?

I've been promoting for adult CPA networks for 3 months. For the first month, I used to use chat traffic and e-whoring (I know I cannnot use promote this way). But thanks to this I found that many CPA networks shave my leads. I tried Pussycash (they shave like crazy) and chaturbate (they are the most honest network for me, they banned me once but I never compaint them). Stop promoting for Pussycash I switched to other networks which you guys here recommended me. Because I got scammed once I always friends to sign up accounts under my aff link, just to check the network legit or not. But the sign ups did not appear in my stats.

Do all aff networks shave?

They could be, even if they swear on their dead grandma that they don't.

Marketing world contains a ton of lies. And shaving for more profit wouldn't be the last thing on their list.

Not all networks are shaving, but errors with stats can occur. If you use a tracking software like voluum or whatever else and show your stats, a good network will pay all your leads or explain why it can't be done
