Are AdSense USA pin verification service safe ?

Hello BlackHatWorld,

I have an issue and I need your advice :

I used to study in the US and there I created an AdSense account with a US address, now I am back in France AdSense wants to verify my account and sends me a PIN code to my US address. I can change the address where the code is sent but only in the US, can't change the country.
I don't know anyone anymore living in the US.

I searched on the internet/Fiverr and I have found 2 guys that can collect the PIN code and send the code to me for around 20$, but the question is : Is it safe ?

The first guy gave me his Whatsapp number and it's a Nigerian number, suspicious ...

Two Options in my point of view
1. buy a post redirection order to someone you know and live in the US
2. open a New France Adsense account..

you will need to get your payments an US Bank Account or an address for checkes..

I have the same problem, I do not know how to find someone who sells an address to receive the pin

blackhat for adsense will get banned sure, I can confirm. If whitehat, not sure
