Here You Go
Its automated... Closing threads of people who didn't renew their BST.
They do have a bug in script now and most of the threads are legit and closed with no reason.
Their script (cron) fired away and they have closed all threads that has not been paid for. Problem is that for example I paid for thread ID 885708 (approval thread) it remains open and active thread ID 886381 gets closed. As script has no idea that it's same thread.
Needs to be fixed.
Yup automated and buggy as hell.
Script go home, you are drunk.
Seems there is some bug, recently launched services are closed
I'm not sure what Trump had to do with it, but @Diamond Damien already posted about the $30 fee being enforced.
PM @Apricot and she'll look into it.
She closed my thread for not renewing that was posted on 23 June 2016!! She is certainly angry on Trumps Win! or Maybe the script is angry
I'm hoping it's just a glitch, I'm sure everything will be fine. Just need a little patience guys.
Thank you for advice. Just did few moments ago with transaction details and everything. It's not just my thread, I've checked few random threads started couple of months ago. Nothing related to expiry. Just bug in script that cron fired up.
Yep, same thing happened to one of my threads. Posted in june and closed now
Jesus Christ is with you my son! Don't worry..
It's unfortunately happening to all of the marketplace threads, regardless of whether or not they're expired. For example:
It closed DD's rule thread
It closed my BST thread that I had closed myself back in 2015
But again, PM @Apricot, @Diamond Damien, or another admin and they'll sort the issue out for you.
It's as you said, maybe the script isn't happy with Trump winning.
I wrote apricot already! & added trump just to add fun!
No. Those threads were closed on Nov 3, 2016. That was other batch.
I'm ready to bet that this is the issue causing it now:
"Their script (cron) fired away and they have closed all threads that has not been paid for. Problem is that for example I paid for thread ID 885708 (approval thread) it remains open and active thread ID 886381 gets closed. As script has no idea that it's same thread."
You know, you're right! I missed that line about the approval thread.
I actually noticed that when I sent transaction ID to Apricot. Seen that two don't match and that's the only way to distinguish threads from approval area to live thread.
Separate names with a comma.
