Hello, I've got a few method that can possibly accumulate leads that are location based. I'm wondering if there are apps that are made to monetize people in specific locations and where/which section on the forum to ask about how to build this type of app.

Basically I want an app that is able to market local deals that I get earnings from. Push notifications about daily deals and these types of things. Is there a cheap way to get a really cool app like this built? What about app templates..?

Basically I am building a content locker that can possibly require the download of my own app that later blasts them just like an email list would, but with this it's notifications on their phones. Maybe I'd be better off trying to monetize through a game with in-app purchase than a local deals thing that's location based?

If you have any ideas feel free to drop a line here or in PM. Really wanting to figure out how to get this app built. Or what app to even build to monetize these app downloads in the most effective way (all from specific locations)

It's not much hard if you know coding.

So you want to promote affiliated market through the app or deals for local shop only?

I am noob on Android Studio. Created few app.

I want to do both - affiliated marketing mixed in with local deals so they don't get angry and delete the app too fast. But I can also make money off local deals as well ;)

I don't know coding but I am willing to learn or outsource for cheap to someone who can get the hard stuff done for me.

Well because I will have all mobile leads. These are all going to be mobile users and best way to get to them is through an app. Push notifications are so powerful I think.

    Yeah push notification works well.

Beside you can put admob for extra money.

Yes exactly, so push notifications + admob = great upselling potential. Plus maybe a geographical location app that shows nearby things - but combining that with push notifications etc.

I like this even over email marketing, which is also very solid.

But I'm so noob at apps, I want to figure out best way to go about creating something like this. I found this just now:

    http://www.chupamobile.com/blog/2014/12/18/developer-must-location-app-templates/

But everything is so expensive. I wonder if I can just find a way to use someone else's app for now to piggy back off them and make commissions...

If you have mobile leads, what's wrong with PIN offers? With the right leads, you can make a fortune from this.

These look great!!!!!!! Thank you... i will look around this store more. Yes I will definitely reach out to you about this.

Yes, I'm very open to this as well. PIN offers seem good, but when I was looking I didn't see all that many in the USA on offer vault, I think most were for specific countries outside of the USA. But maybe I was wrong - PIN offers are basically phone number submits, yeah? I was looking at that and am very interested in it. Do you know of any good ones? I can try and take another look on offer vault

Yeah, for most part I'd rather just rely on my own stuff and I think building my own app could be very very lucrative if done right and monetized to the tee.

At same time if anyone knows of a good PIN offer for USA let me know (though I'd guess you don't feel like sharing it if it really is that good)

PIN offer screw your users most of the time.
PIN offer is not only about providing phone number.
Sometime the advertiser cut down some balance of sim card also.

    AND THIS SUCKS.

Wow... yeah see I have very little CPA experience. I get the feeling that the amount of shaving is serious and that there's no real money in CPA, but I could be wrong lol. I feel like doing it all myself could be even more lucrative from beginning to end if done right with building this app with push notifications. I'm browsing the site you showed me, didn't know they had mobile app templates:
    https://codecanyon.net/category/mobile/android/full-applications

So pleased to have found this now :) thank you. I'll see if I can find something good and post it

Maybe some sort of app that is a daily contest app and send push notifications for "free iphone", "free galaxy s8" daily with links to CPA offers, but I want something more than that but that could be a pure money grab, and not even necessarily location based :p but if i can get people to download it that'd be great lol

If you can twist your method with CPA, u will earn good without the 'PIN' shit.

If I buy an android app, do you know is it easy to port it over to iOS, or vice versa? iOS-->android or android-->iOS or two different apps?
