Approve blogs for Google AdSense

Google is being difficult after the recent update and now any new site has to be approved to use with adsense. I have a a few websites/blogs that are being denied saying mostly "Under Construction or not reachable" even though the sites are fully built. I am looking for someone who can get my current 3 sites approved and do approval 2-3 times a month for client sites.
