Hi, I have been planning to make an android app that will contain copyrighted content. I see lots of app are already available in Google Play ( for example movie streaming apps ) and some of them even using Admob. How is this possible since those apps are directly violating Google's "Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content" policy.
I am also planning on making something similar. My app basically won't contain any copyrighted material inside it but it will fetch information from my server that will definitely consider as copyrighted content ( video, image etc ). My question is, how can I approve that kind of apps as I know now Google Play review each app before publishing to their site.
Note: I am newbie to this field. Please pardon me if I say something stupid.
