Appraisal - Limited PayPal Account

I've unfortunately been unable to find someone able to help me with my issue with PayPal. I might sell the account, but I want to know how much it's worth. Here's all about it:

Stealth? Yes.
Location? The account is based in Norway.
Amount? - $760 - $770. It fluctuates because some of the money isn't in USD ($).
Over 180 Days? Yes, but I haven't received a notification that I can withdraw it. A call up (should) resolve it.

If you want to know anymore, just ask.
If you can help me unlimit it, add me on Skype (not looking to buy fake documents).

Please just respond with the amount (in USD; $) that this account is worth, and with any other questions you might have.

What exactly is the problem with the account? You currently have $765ish in there or that's the account limit? More details needed for appraisal

Its limited because I need to prove ID and location, and since its a stealth account, I can't provide those, and I'm also not willing to submit fake documents.

If it's a stealth account under a fake name that is not yours, you are not going to get the account limit lifted without providing fake documents, there's no other way. If you're not willing to do this you shouldn't have created a stealth PP account.

Which is why I'm asking for an appraisal.
Because I'm most likely selling it.

Is providing fake documents legal in any way?

its not legal but people get away with it there are people who sell such services.
