Apple keeps a hardcore lock on their products. I'll be curious to see how this plays out...
Even if you did get the product, chances are that 1. eBay wouldn't let you sell them as new 2. Amazon wouldn't sell you as new and 3. Apple would send you a cease and desist for using their intellectual property to market the products (images, etc.)
Most electronics distributors can't even get their products at a discounted price..
