Apples #1 priority is privacy.. right..

I welcome all competition though as G are wayyy to big as it is.
 
Apple is a competitor to Microsoft before, so they are doing like Bing I think.

I believe this was already mentioned on BHW a few weeks ago, or so.

Maybe it was only a rumor back then.
 
Meh.

Even if they set their own phones, tablets and Macs to their own search engine they're going to be way behind. This might have worked 10 years ago but even my mother will install Chrome instead of using a default Edge browser with Bing.

We're technology literate enough that the defaults won't matter nearly as much as the quality of the search results. Bing's market share kind of says it all.
 
Apple's #1 priority is making you pay too much for too little.
 
Search engine free. But search result is on additional accessories which you need to pay extra...
 
I read somewhere that Google pays Apple 8-10 Billion $ yearly to keep G as the default search engine on iOS and Siri.

guess google is not paying now or apple needs more.
 
It's going to be a long time before anyone pentrates Google's market share. This will just take market share from Bing/Yahoo. Nothing to see here.
 
Feels like good news....more competition. Don't think they get a big piece of the cake at the beginning.
 
It will probably only work on their apple devices. Maybe anyone without one can't use it, like exclusivity.
 
They for sure will make it default in all their devices only that is already a big market share, and they will then steal all the google das from the iphone apps
It will work better than bing for microsoft (note that bing is profitable)
 
We done hear this talk tired. Nothing will happen, Google is too good.
