Appeal Form - There was a problem with this request!!!

Our business account was removed Thu (1/27/22). Right away, we received an email that stated, "We removed or disabled access to your account because content you posted doesn't follow the Instagram Terms of Use. Our policies prohibit posting fraudulent or misleading content or content that otherwise doesn't follow the law." We just post original content of watches and jewelry, so I know that the above reason didn't make any sense and must have been triggered by a bot attack. A few years ago, our account was mass reported and taken down as well by a competitor/hater twice and we recovered it both times by completing this form https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083, the one that asks you for a business verification document, then causes you to receive an email to submit your ID, et c.

The problem is that this time, when I submit the form above, it never works. Instead, I get the following pop-up box:

Your Request Couldn't be Processed

There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.

I've tried it a few times and keep getting the same result. Anyone else experience this problem? This is one of IG's main appeal forms, so I doubt there's something wrong with the form.
