Does anyone know of any app Reskinning service? If I buy a template for example, they can change the theme, some of the front end code, etc?

Check on freelancer dude, there are plenty of coders that can complete services like this

I'm a mobile app developer and I do this often. What platform are you working with? I do Android Studio, xCode, as well as Flash Professional CC. This covers Android, iOS, and Blackerry.
