anyway to stop dmca reports with blocking bots or websites?

hi,
im reciving too much dmca reports from competitors , is there any way to stop it ?
better to know this : my site is hosted in (x) country also my users are from (x) country !
google and all of the worldwide services for dmca or any sh.. , they dont have server in this country

so i can block everything and it cost nothing for me , the only problem is google index ! I have to be in search results
