If you click the transaction you get a pretty accurate description of the reason of the failure, eg.:
"incorrect_number"
"invalid_account"
"do_not_honor"
etc.
The point is, the payment failed due to an issue on the customers end and there is generally nothing you can do about it.
Depending on your niche, you will see more or less of these, especially from third world countries.
I just checked my Stripe account I have 8k successful payments and 25k failed payments, so really, a high ratio of failed payments is nothing to worry about.
