Remote customer support's job interview questions would differ from industry to industry, product to product, service to service. Ofcourse, the basic questions may be the usual "Tell me (us) something about yourself", etc.
You do not need a "list of questions" for any job interview. Those are needed only when preparing for exams.
All you need are just 2 things :-
1) Ensure that during the interview, you project good & effective communication skills & self-confidence.
2) You have some relevant product / service knowledge (unless the employer is looking for freshers). If the employer is looking for freshers, then go to their wesbite and know what the company is all about, it's history, their products & services, etc, so that during the interview, you can effectively articulate your understanding of their business.
3) Relate your skills to job role, while you answer questions during the interview.
Wish you all the best.
