You will not get shadow ban because of using VPN. There must be other reasons to it .

No, I don’t use a VPN for uploading. It can cause problems with account trust if the location keeps changing.

OP those days are gone when people use to handle multiple accounts with VPN or upload videos with VPN....
Things have changed a lot.....To be safe it is recommended to use mobile proxy or residential IPs.
