Hello, does anyone use 2checkout? Are you satisfied with the service you received? Do I need a paypal account to get paid with 2checkout?
Thank you.

I have used them. The service is alright. The fee is on a higher side though. You don't need a paypal account to get paid. They wire you the money. But they charge $15 for every wire transfer.

2CO is a decent alternative albeit a little expensive for certain countries.

You do not need a PP account as you can just set it up to receive ACH deposits from them.

In fact, they provide PP as one of the ways you can receive payment from your clients and it is their account.

Thank you very much for the response. I was thinking of using stripe first but due to some legal issues I can't use stripe. Is Stripe more advantageous than 2co? I don't think there is a huge difference between the fees.

Stripe is better. But if you don't have your own paypal account and your customers prefer paypal as an option of payment, 2checkout can come in handy for you because they accept paypal payments on your behalf. So you can accept both card payments and paypal using just 2checkout.

This is great!
I understand this better now. Yes, due to some problems, I cannot create a stripe and paypal account either.
I think 2CO will be a better fit for me.

Does 2CO accept most high-risk niche?
I don't know, but they have very strict policies.
For example, they want your website to comply with all the rules. (GDPR compliance, refund policies, company information etc.)
Also they ask for many different documents.
