Is it good to leave it at "auto" settings?I use f.lux everywhere I can. It's lightweight and effective.
It drastically reduced the strain on my eyes and improved the amount of fatigue I experienced. I also try to run dark mode where I can.

I just downloaded it and put the normal daytime Kelvins from 6500 to 5500, this is the best decision I've made today. Looks really relaxing for my eyes.
I just use the default ones installed on Linux and windows, they've always been good enough. I can say ever since I started using it, there's no way I can go back. I get an instant migraine if it ever gets turned off for some reason. It's amazing what different removing the harsh light can do.
