After the meta refresh update?

Really interested to see their effect since I'm currently in the process of gathering ~100 high quality tumblrs and wanted to know if it's worth my time going on.

Tumblrs are still passing juice. I still use them and they work. There also was posted a few case studies here about this topic.

They really work and ofcourse still passing juice from my experience...

I have 500+ Tumblrs currently that are used to point to my tier 1's in varied niches. They still work, albeit not as good as they once did, but are still effective.

You have two options:

Funnel passive traffic by adjusting Tumblrs into satellite pages dedicated to any popular niche.

Or use them to churn & burn promotion of direct offers.

Hard coded links aren't changed at all, and they're still just as effective. I was able to get my site through a plateau with just 4 links. Now, I'm ranking #5 for one of my primary KWs that's got 14000 searches a month. I think they are so effective that I started offering them to others on Source-Market.

i have about 100 high PA tumblr and still have a decent results. someone made case study about this, here

that's not a great example though, usually my kws go to #40-60 spot without a single link while 5 tumblrs + gsa made him jump 20 spots to 80's, nothing big

yeah nothing big, however it still prove that tumblr links can somewhat make a contribution. not as powerful as before though.

ya it's going well still now

They still work, albeit not passing quite as much juice as they were a year ago.
