I use Follow Liker for basic Twitter functions and I have to say...up until yesterday it was working fine..then Twitter finished (or I hoped have finished) their final rollout of the new layout and a whole batch of Twitter accounts are now suddenly showing false error messages when you try to carry out basic actions.

I say false error messages because when you check the accounts manually everything works fine, no proxy errors.

Now I flagged up this issue with another software app that we use that was also showing error messages and the developer behind it and Tech Support had the issue sorted within 60 minutes.

Here we are with Follow Liker and and it's 18 hours later and no sign that they've actually acknowledged or read the ticket let alone released an update patch?

Anyone else get these issues?

Yes, I am also having this issue. I submited a ticket (and hopefully many others too) a couple of hours ago, so I hope that they are aware of this problem and they are fixing it. I hope they don't take too much time to solve that!

Just checked, knock on wood, I'm not seeing any problems with my accounts. They seem to be working normally.

Just ran a check and in one project alone we had 61 failures out of 61. 61 Accounts not working but when we check them manually they are fine

This happens when the Twitter Account is updated to the newer version of the Twitter Design. I have a ton of accounts running and some are having errors but some just work fine. The ones that are having errors run on the new layout, the ones that are having no errors still run on the old style layout of Twitter.

At this point there is nothing you can do but wait until its updated.

best regards

I think it's more Datacenter issue related and you are right...it's just sadly for some reason at the moment...none of the accounts we manage are working so that is causing a slight issue with clients as we're being asked questions but don't have the answers to those questions? We can always buy time but..... it helps if you know how much time you need to buy.

To be honest, if you really have an urge to deliver for your clients you might have to think about a solution that you can control yourself (i.e. a own software developed for your needs). I saw your answer in the other thread.
I assume that for a programmer it should not be that difficult to write a program for F/UF Method. It just costs a little bit of money + you have to be dependent on the programmer if Twitter updates their design again.

You may well be right but just at this junction then buying and using an "off the shelf" solution makes more economic sense. We've just moved into an area where we can see the need for such a service in our market niche and are starting to service it but... still early days hence the reliance on a utility like Follow Liker that to be fair in the past has always delivered.

The same issue with FollowLiker I have ERR on all of my accounts :-( Any thoughts?

Like you we're not seeing any movement at all across all of our accounts now and.... the main problem is the complete and utter lack of communication on behalf of the team behind FollowLiker. I know there are other threads here about this and it's difficult not to take some of these comments seriously...it's being completely left in the dark for what is now heading into a second day

I just updated FollowLiker to new version and it is working now :-)
