Hey everyone,

I’ve been testing a few Facebook pages recently and noticed that organic reach has dropped a lot compared to earlier this year.
Even posts with good engagement seem to stop spreading after a few hours.

Are you guys seeing the same thing?

Also, are hashtags or reels helping you boost visibility right now, or is paid promotion the only reliable option left?

Would love to hear how others are adapting their FB strategy lately.

Yeah, I’m seeing the same drop. Organic reach is definitely down posts barely travel beyond your current followers. Hashtags dont seem to help much reels get a bit more traction but paid promotion is still the only way to reliably reach new people.

I’ve noticed that too focusing on interactive posts like polls or questions seems to get more engagement, even if reach is limited.

If you’re testing something like that, I’d should starting slow

Organic reach has definitely dropped a lot lately. Even solid posts lose traction fast. Reels seem to help a bit, but not as much as before. Honestly, a small paid boost is the only thing that’s been giving me consistent results recently.

Creating content that sparks conversation feels like the only way to stay visible without paying right now.

Yes it definitely dropped a lot, you can try it with some Reels, but FB is going greedy and you have to pay for ads to be visible...

You should try to change your content line. Maybe your content is no longer receiving positive interactions from consumers, so FB no longer recommends your content.

I’ve noticed the same trend. Regular posts die out fast, but Reels and short videos still get some reach if you post consistently. Hashtags don’t seem to help much though

Yes organic reach on Facebook has dropped significantly. Even high-engagement posts don’t spread much. Hashtags and reels give limited boost paid promotion is often more reliable now. Many are adjusting by focusing on paid ads and short, engaging content.

Organic reach is down due to the algorithm favoring Reels and short-form video content, plus high competition. The solution is to focus on Reels, optimize initial engagement, and post quality, diverse content to regain momentum.

It’s true that organic reach on Facebook has dropped significantly, even with posts with good engagement. Reels + real engagement content are being prioritized. If you want things faster, the only way is to use paid advertising.

Bro, organic reach is down sharply, Facebook prioritizes Reels and real interactions. If you want quick results, you have to run ads.

It's now very difficult to grow an organic page; most people are now growing their pages by ads.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same drop lately too. It feels like Facebook’s pushing more toward paid reach again. Reels help a bit, but consistency and timing seem to matter more now than hashtags.

Facebook is tightening its organic reach, causing posts to lose momentum very quickly. Reels are still an effective way to boost organic reach, hashtags don’t seem to produce noticeable results. If you want to stabilize your impressions, you can run a small ad budget.

Yeah, reach has definitely dropped lately. Feels like Meta is pushing paid promotion harder again. Reels still help a bit if they get early engagement, but regular posts die fast now. I'm testing meme-style short videos, those seem to survive the algo longer.

You need to Focus on creating high-quality and engaging content. Content that is unique and provides value to your audience is more likely to attract attention. Increase engagement with your followers by responding to comments and participating in discussions. This can increase your credibility and help you build a community.

Organic reach has dropped significantly for engaging posts and short videos or hashtags offer limited boosts while paid promotion remains the most reliable way to maintain visibility
