Even posts with good engagement seem to stop spreading after a few hours.

Yeah, I’m seeing the same drop. Organic reach is definitely down posts barely travel beyond your current followers. Hashtags dont seem to help much reels get a bit more traction but paid promotion is still the only way to reliably reach new people.
