Google and reddit announced some major partnership. So, it is obvious that Google will favor reddit on search engine. It was something like Google will take data from reddit. More the traffic on reddit through Google, more data google gets.

it seems alot of its done by reddits own AI moderation , that is not privy to any mod. they have been unilaterally deleting comments and posts and flagging accounts without mods knowledge. at least a couple large subs, so much has been done that mods are complaining about the moderation by reddits AI.
