I did something like that 6 months before.

Yes yahoo answer is a great way to drive relevant traffic to site and its work like a charm when google rank those questions..

Unfortunately, this method is becoming ineffective.

2 reasons:
1) Yahoo Answers is dead on in finding spams and removing accounts quickly. I remember reading a fellow BHW member whom did that method and had all his accounts suspended within just an hour. Yeah, usually it's the senior members who are flagging your answers, they have a higher 'trust' in flagging, therefore all they need to do is flag once and you're dead.

2) All links are not hyperlinked as they used to.
I remember I started out with Yahoo Answers too. With just level 1 accounts, you could simply post links. Unfortunately, now all links are UNhyperlinked unless your account is level 2 and above. Also as we all know, most 'idiots' there don't even know how to copy and paste the url to their web browser.

The best thing is not to depend solely on yahoo answers for traffic. Mix other things with it.

Yahoo staff are wise and they have blocked almost all tactics that used to work in the past.

I was experimenting on Yahoo Answers for some time.. Was able to pull off a decent $150.00+/day....

YA is not "no follow" a god answer is on page 1 og google every time. Who told you that?
