Anyone making any money from blogging on medium?

Curious to know if anyone is making a decent income from Medium? I posted a few articles on my account back in 2016 and never touched that account. Just logged in today and those 6 posts are generating around 1200 views a month.

Is it worth a try to scale up?
what are the earnings like? For example earnings per 1000 views

Oh btw, my read ratio is 53%. Not sure how good/bad it is.
