Anyone knows about Youtube Mother-child method?

Hi (my first post on BHW) would like to seek some experts brains on Youtube skills

So I've saw some websites mention a method called mother-child method to boost subscribers for the channel, anyone knows the details about this method?

Recently I'm trying to find some ways to boost the channel I manage, so it would be great to learn and know more here!

This is done mostly on ig. What you do is have 1 main account that you post your quality content on. then you have 10 or 100 accounts that are throw away accounts that will probably get banned. You take your 10 accounts and spam other users in your niche a link to your account or a direct message them telling them about your main account.

It's the first time I've heard about the Mother-Child Method.

Is this related to the Mother-Child Technique on Instagram?

Basically, you use throwaway channels to publicize your main channel.

This is going to be a little bit more dangerous than the way it's done on Instagram.

On Instagram, it's easier to create all those channels because you're dealing with photo content.

If you're using video content, unless you're using AI, the costs can easily scale up.

Be very careful.

This works for Instagram, but Google is a different kind of monster. You might get all your accounts banned. Imo, create some dummy accounts and try it out.
