I need a scraper tool that can gather Instagram usernames that fit certain conditions that I set. Anyone have recommendations on where to get a scraper tool?

What conditions are you talking about please explain.

There are tools which work for scraping.
 
Make a simple scraper with puppeteer/selenium? Should not be too difficult.

Perhaps try using chatgpt. If you face error, ask it to rectify the error (give it the exact error code).

I am not sure how I can explain it any further.

Do you have any experience with python or node.js? If not, may be read up a little. Trust me, it is not as hard as it seems.

You could use this as an excuse to learn the language (use chatgpt wherever you can)
