Anyone know how to setting SMTP in VPS RDP?

Most probably you are port blocked? What software/VPS are you using? What kind of error are you getting? Which tutorial did you follow?
Generally, your provider will open the port if you ask nicely, and don't spam. If you are doing this for spamming, then forget it lol.

Oh I see, so probably the port is closed right? I've installed SMTP Port, and setting outgoing and incoming firewall still can't send a message.
Maybe i should back to traditional spamming

It doesn't really work. I would advice against using a traditional web host for this. Look in the Marketplace instead. I have seen providers there who provide SMTP for mass mailing (spammingyeah i will do it for spamming xD

99.999999% ISPs are port blocked on multiple levels, so no; not unless you have a n00b isp.
