Anyone know how to setting SMTP in VPS RDP?

Hello!

I want to setting SMTP (Mailing) in VPS / RDP (Windows Server). I've read and watch tutorial from google and youtube, but still cant setting it.
Anyone know how to do it? Thanks

Most probably you are port blocked? What software/VPS are you using? What kind of error are you getting? Which tutorial did you follow?

Generally, your provider will open the port if you ask nicely, and don't spam. If you are doing this for spamming, then forget it lol.

yeah i will do it for spamming xD
Oh I see, so probably the port is closed right? I've installed SMTP Port, and setting outgoing and incoming firewall still can't send a message.
Maybe i should back to traditional spamming :(

It doesn't really work. I would advice against using a traditional web host for this. Look in the Marketplace instead. I have seen providers there who provide SMTP for mass mailing (spamming :p), with single/multiple dedicated IPs. The pricing also looked about right. Not going to suggest any particular BST though. I do not want to advertise.
 
Btw, if I use my own computer, and using VMWare and install Windows server on it.
Can my mobile IP used as Mailing IP? xD

99.999999% ISPs are port blocked on multiple levels, so no; not unless you have a n00b isp.
