Does anyone know any of the owners or anything? I use them for hosting a few of my sites and they seem to have disappeared over the past week and now my site is suspended because their silly system didn't update!

So they haven't answered your calls, their site is still up, their twitter account hasn't been updated for 2 yrs though

Hetrixbyte have a terrible reputation (as you've seen...).

I'm kinda wondering though why you don't go the VPS route with a decent provider? There are several on here, or you've got the likes of OVH/DigitalOcean/Linode etc.

Drop me a PM if you want advice as I've done this a million times now.

Never seen them around before. If you are not seeing the chat then they have blocked you with the chat program.

Just another reason no matter who you host with to keep backups of your sites so you can move them if issues like this happens.
