I've had a look through but can't seem to find any Web Based Twitter bots, does anyone have any they recommend using?

Also does anyone know the current Twitter limits for liking tweets and following?

I use http://www.wptweetmachine.com/
It's a WordPress plugin that runs on autopilot

You can have a look at twando(.)com
(standalone PHP/MySQL application; multiple accounts management)
"Monitor your followers, auto follow and unfollow, auto DM new followers, schedule tweets, search & mass follow new users and much, much more."

Scheduled tweets do not support images.
But a fork is available on Github with this option:
github(.)com/random-robbie/twando

Checked out their website, seem ok... Since you've been using, does it work for you? Or deliver as stated on their website?
