Hey ytrealviews is 100% Fraud!!!!
His skype acc is achim.abo1
i bought panel for 50$.Then he disappeared online after money recd.
next day he come online and asked me 20$ extra, because of panel maintenance cost.
So total i paid 70$.
after received money he block me on skype!!
i catch him again with another skype account.
He find me and telling bad words and again blocked me.
He is fxxk person.
spread this news too all our friends to avoid loose your money.

Sorry to hear about that bro ! There are still lots of frauds who rips off people for a small amount of money. I wonder if they can keep up the living each day with what ever they are doing. And you used paypal for paying that guy ? I think you may still have option to get back your money from him. Hopefully !
