Anyone know about ELGG Blogs?

Can anyone tell me what they are?
I submitted some testing sites by using Magic Submitter and got URL in report like "geta.lt/?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=user&id=99232".

I m not sure that this one is correct URL. Can anyone please confirm this who are already using ELGG blogs?

Another question: Is this URL indexable and how long they stay my post?

Please answer my queries if possible.

Personally I'd stay away from Elgg spam.. It's 2016, player.
