Anyone Here Sell Digital Products On ebay

I sold ebooks but not under classified ads category cuz you have to pay $10 or so listening fee. I got a warning and all my listings removed before my account got disabled, at least. Besides, around 20-30% of customers ask for a refund after they receive the ebook. Some claims thinking it’s a physical book although I was stating it’s a digital product big bold underlined multiple times.
Which country did you use to sell your ebooks?

Around 90% USA and very few sales from Europe.
