Anyone here have any Experience with RocketCPA Affiliate Network?

I got an email from affiliate program review website about RocketCPA.com affiliate network.

I want to know if anyone here is a publisher there and can share his/her reviews about the same before I join. I just dont want to work and then not getting paid.
