Did you get your refund? i sent them couple of emails BUT no reply at all.
Paid 1 month subscription for nothing

We are back in business, is anybody here who didn't got a re-fund yet or who didn't get 6 months of service for free ? If so don't hesitate to contact support. We had some issues but everything is back to normal now and we are working on becoming the best in the business again.

Pm checked, refund issued the problem was that support couldn't offer you a refund because the button was gone, I had to send you the money directly from my paypal account and support couldn't do that, but they shouldf't let me know the situation. Anyway refund issued.

Support could at least reply to my support ticket. I didn't ask for refund right away. I asked refund when they didn't reply support ticket which i sent 3 times. i hope you understand the reason for asking refund.
I got my refund now. Thanks Alex.

Don't worry about it, I'll punish the guys working at support for this, they should at least answer you, but anyway we lost some tickets when we had the servers problem. Your tickets might got lost too.
We are up an running again. We had some issues with the IP providers, we moved from our old IP providers because all the IP addresses got block by google, the new guys didn't accept us with so many complains so we had to buy all the equipment instead of renting it and find another provider who will accept us with complains and everything. This took about 2 months but now we are up and running again and not planing to go down anymore !
