Thank you everyone for all the answers, it does seem that on some of the accounts SMSes started flowing again, but on some i got locked due to too many requests , yea Twitter drives me crazy sometimes, hence i talk to myself
, i think what triggers the PV is irregular account activity. I've had my bots run same action for about 3 month and barely any on the accounts had to go through PV, then a week a go i changed their behave to commenting to a specific account's posts, and boom a large amount of the accounts been hit with PV, like about 70%, let's just say if you've never posted a tweet before and suddenly you're very actively replying to one account, high chance you'll get PV...
