Thanks. I think they've fucked me. No reply for 3 days, 8 support tickets canceled and licence canceled.

How are things going now? Were you ever able to use the software?
Right now I'm having issues with contacting support. I can't make a new ticket. It says "View existing ticket", so I click on that, don't have my tracking ID (don't remember having an open ticket either), so it says "forgot tracking ID?" clicked that, had them email me the mysterious tracking ID. They said there is no tracking ID for my email address. So, I guess they're not accepting support tickets right now. 3 twitter accounts stopped tweeting for some reason. Everything else for those twitter accounts working just fine. There are still a ton of tweets left in the list to tweet. They all stopped tweeting around August 8th (just realized this now).
All my other twitter accounts are tweeting just fine. This happened about a month ago with these same exact twitter accounts (plus one more which is tweeting fine this time for some reason). I had to delete all the tweets and import the tweets back on the lists again. But this is lame because I don't want to have to keep checking to make sure the accounts are tweeting (especially since these are for clients).

haha! OK, I see. Yes, I've heard of football, I don't live under a rock, lol. I'm also from the US, and we call football soccer here for some reason (which I've always thought was lame that we call the game you play with your foot soccer and the game you play with your hands football). And I obviously have very bad attention to detail because I didn't even notice OP's avatar, lol!
