?Anyone Have Link to CC Youtube Method?

Anyone have a link to that killer step-by-step YT method using CC videos? I am specifically looking for it because it stated word for word what to tell YT about monetizing the CC vids when they want to know if you own the copyrights.

I have searched BHW for the last 3 hours and cannot find it anywhere. I am thinking maybe it was moved to VIP?
