Anyone have experience with MercadoPago?

I'm hoping to use it for dropshipping. My payment gateway options are very limited. Does anybody know if they place a hold on funds recieved? Obviously this would be bad for dropshipping. Tried calling them but no answer yet, will get my wife to email them when she gets home. Hopefully somebody here has experience with them.
