Anyone have any idea why is this happening?

Hello, I have a question for you all, anyone has this issue, so I got two channels one is shorts and other one is long form, completely different niches. And at the start first few like 8 videos are good they get recommended then all of a sudden on 9th video next videos stop getting any views, that is so weird. Like on shorts I get 30k views every video, then it literally drops so I don't even get 1k. On long videos on other channel happens same I get views then on 9th video and more it feels like bot views, they look empty they don't like or comment, just like 200 views, and they drop like crazy. I checked analytics of that video as well, it shows it was't recommended anywhere. Any ideas what is this nonsense? It's very demotivating, when it works and it stops randomly, almost like YouTube does whatever it wants, they feel like not recommending they wont lol. I keep uploading but feels pointless, feels like need new channel, but this is so annoying, like what am I supposed to do? And the niches are proper videos, no blackhat or anything.

when doing YouTube. In my experience, you should focus on maintaining real interactions with the first video, and try to change the title, thumbnail and content a bit to reset the algorithm. Also, dont be afraid to create a new channel if you feel that the old one is too limited

YouTube’s algo can be weirdly unpredictable, especially with new channels. Sometimes around video 7–10, YouTube “tests” your consistency or content type shift, and if one video underperforms, it can mess with your momentum. It’s not always about the quality, sometimes just timing, title, or small CTR drop.
