Anyone got a PS4? Happy With it?

Bought my kids a PS4 last christmas. They played on it for a day or two then went back to the PS3!

It's disgraceful how few games have actually been released for this console in about 9 months since launch. I think they just rushed the release to grab the xmas sales not considering how few developers there would be for the games at the moment because they are still developing games for the PS3 & XBox 360.

Yes, PS4 does have only few games that are actually good, in comparison to PS3, but the graphics on 4 are way better...

Just look at Last of Us Remastered Edition, it looks absolutely dashing!
 
can some of you PS4 owners tell me does it do DLNA media streaming like the PS3 did?

Im a very occasional gamer but use PS3 media server a lot and my PS3 has died.
Considered upgrading but the internets say it doesnt do it yet??
 
after reading this thread for sure i will replace ps3 with ps4 very soon :D
 
I personally haven't owned a Playstation since PS2.. Been with Xbox since and I do have the X1. Love the monthly updates and the TV and sports integration.

Would be cool to have a few IM friends to play with while we make money while gaming off to the side.

I have had a PS4 for a year and as others have pointed out there is a serious lack of games; however, if you check out Amazon there are a few great games coming out on both PS4 and Xbone towards the end of this year. I personally can't wait for Destiny having played both the Alpha and the Beta.

I think that you can't expect too much from the PS4 right now, the graphics are a little better than the PS3 but will definitely improve over time, just as the PS3 graphics did.
 
PS4 is awesome, really. I am sick at home for almost a year now, and the PS4 is my best friend. Sounds sad and it is also sad haha :cool:
 
Got one Christmas past, I have not played it much though and the reason is simple as everyone mentioned above there are no good games released for it yet that appeal to me.. I don't think we will see the true potential and actual graphics/performance of it until a few bigger titles are released for it and of course some new games.. right now there is not much to pick from!
 
I plan on getting an Xbox One when I get some cash.

I have one. It also washes dishes, cleans clothes, generally cleans up after me AND butters my muffin.

Im satisfied with my PS4,i think it need more time for game developers to fully harness the strength of PS4 and the new architecture.Its not a "space-ship" and if u are "new-age" PC gamer with decent configuration you wont go "WOW dude,dammn..i must be in gamers heaven" playing PS4 - but its a great console and its going to be even better.Pretty bad that we cant play old PS games but fuck it,i want to play new,improved stuff..
