My key seems fine but woke up this morning to find it saying it can't connect to the Internet. Tried with and without proxies but it seems to fail at soon as it starts up. Of course I know my Internet is working ok... have emailed support....

EDIT TO ABOVE - was a problem on my pc settings - don't know why it changed but is working ok now.

Mine stopped working 2 days ago. arrrhhhh

I thought it would be fixed by now.

I downloaded TT v4 pro for free from the BHW downloads section back in December (might have been v3 back then but upgraded to v4 since anyway). It has worked fine ever since (apart from Google blocking certain tasks)...until yesterday I updated the software and, when reinstalled, I got the "Unable to reach server: #01C" error multiple times.

Today it is working fine though, seems like a temporary error that has been fixed. Panic over.

I had TT with a pro license that I got using a method explained here on BHW, it worked really well for around two months, now it's asking for a new registration key. Any ideas if we can continue this somehow, or is it over?

I got a solution..Uninstalled TT .And gonna use some other soft...

Hey guys,

How did you get your keys? Unless you are using a crack s then you should be fine. I had a similar problem and I emailed them about it and they fixed the bug. Also you can get your registration key reset as well.

same for me , but i searched for the license on my email added it and works again , TT pro version , i got it with a little tweak , the trick was from a thread I've read on BHW a while back

Hi. For some reason my Internet connection was set to dial up?!?! While everything else worked TT wouldn't. I also installed again and upgraded (backing up DB files).

I was getting those errors yesterday, today it allowed me to re-enter my product key and work again though! Must have been a problem on TTs side!

Can someone tell me what the subject line of the email containing the product key is. I searched through my email for "traffic travis" but I can't find it.

Quick update:

Took them a day to answer my emails, but everything is working now. No need to use a new registration code or re-download/re-install the software. I just inserted my registration keyword and everything is working fine once again.

I don't know if the procedure works with less "legit" keys because I actually bought the software.
