Anyone experienced with Ebay EPN?

Can anyone whom has used Ebay EPN tell me whether your sales show up immediately upon purchase or once the items shipped, or at some other time? I have driven many clicks to a deal which is set to end once they sell 500 items and then begin shipping in 8 days, when should these sales show up on my Reports?

the sale is showed up the day after along with the earnings, sometimes 2 days later. I think the same apply if sale is an auction.
