I'm a British guy and although my parent are both of Indian origin I have always considered myself British. I've never dated or been in any romantic association or relationship with an Indian girl before.

As I'm British, I've only really found other British girls or from English speaking western countries as relationship material due to cultural similarities (I've always felt there has to be some common social grounds for a relationship to really work!)
Ethnicity has never really bothered me much, most of my past experiences have been diverse but mostly British, I've dated a British carribean girl for some time, two British Pakistani girls (one of them was a true relationship my best <3) Turkish (worst experience!) and in high school a British Chinese girl (also quite serious until I got to college) but most have been English white.

Internationally - only South African and Canadian at Uni over three years and a brief fumble with a Vietnamese girl.

Thing is my parents for about a year have been pressuring me to look for an Indian girl and they're more interested in Indian girls form India - over the course of this year I've met numerous Indian girls and although I'm not usually the one to tar people with the same brush I have to say in every single case up till now I've never met any girls who are so stuck up in my entire life!

Every single little thing with them seems to be a close-minded act of judgement and worse, their families are always more interested in family background and personal income and net worth than the quality of the guy himself.
This has been the case with all of them. There is always an aura of coldness I sense about them that I've never felt with any girl before. Every single one is so obsessed with wanting to be 'western' that they're just tripping over their own feet in the process and don't seem to be at peace with themselves at all (or anyone else).

Thankfully, now I think I've managed to find a girl who is suitable. From Delhi but is studying here down to earth - not completely self-consumed like the others not judgemental or interested in money or just settling in the UK for the sake of it and just happy go lucky - maybe I just like her because she's different to all the others I've met so far during my travels to India but I just wanted to ask for anyone with experience with Indian girls is there any particular social trajectory they like? What kind of things in your experience makes Indian girls different and how can you bond with them (socially and emotionally) I might not be too familiar with things culturally but I have a good feeling about this one and am very very eager to give it a shot!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What about genetical attraction? If both of your parents are Indian origin, from evolutionary point of view, don't you think you should feel attraction for them?

Take my example. I am Indian myself, that's is why I don't find blonde girls attractive at all. So much so that I don't watch porn clips with one blonde and one brunette...!

Just hope that 'Delhi' girl don't see this thread else the counter will come back to 0 again!

Indian girls don't prefer Casanova's....generally speaking.

Doesn't make sense to me personally. Turning down a decent girl just because she's blonde or brunette does not compute to me. But I'm more about social attraction before this kind of stuff.

Also, it might seem a little cheeky admitting this but the 'blondes' and 'brunettes' as you put it, are always the best in bed or maybe it's just because I've got proportionally more experience with them. I dunno.

Dude, I think for a joke you should tell your parents you are gay and in love with a Muslim man.

Let us know what happens.

Haha, are you proposing to me, Asif? :p

Haha, I know right. I was thinking this.

Everyone has this idea that Indian girls are very introverted and psychologically simple. Fuck how wrong that is. Even Pakistani girls are much, much simpler and straight forward in my experience.

Indian girls really really don't age well.

They hit 25 - 26 and it all goes down hill fast. I mean most women go down hill by the time they hit 25 but more so with indian women.

I am not Muslim/Religious (I know the name confuses people)

My Son says he is Bi-sexual so he might be open to offers. If people want to message me dick pics (apart from @mickyfu, got a ful tb on hd of his) I will pass them on to him.
Son!? Damn, I thought you were 16-17

Well it's depend on girls.. Now a days in India divorce in a way after every happily married person taking a divorce. Before marriage for both gal and boy think they are perfect match, no one can beat them and no one like them. But after marriage within a year they are imperfect for both of them and started fighting. Perfect being imperfect and there perfect match becomes worst match in the world. So you can't judge any girl while talking 100 hours in call or after meeting 10 times even. When you started living with each other then you'll get where she is not able to adjust and for her same feeling for you too. If you and she is ready to compromise, sacrifice, care, understand to each other then your marriage will be stable.. Definitely it will take time, may be 1 or 2 years but you have to be patience that much and she have to be.. If you ready for these things then goahed otherwise stop yourself here.

There is no homogeneity or a general bracket for girls in India. Girls here can range from shy, calm and family oriented to ultra-western and radical-feminist (mostly depending upon education level and college).
