Anyone else seeing lower reach on Instagram lately?

This erratic increase and decrease in reach is actually Instagram's Format Filtering mechanism: The algorithm isn't stifling engagement across the entire platform, but is becoming more selective by randomly demoting even large accounts if they repeat the same content pattern for too long. While pages that fall into a rut experience a sudden drop in visibility on Reels and Explore, accounts that proactively change their format and innovate their approach maintain stable, or even surpass, their reach.

Instagram just released a new update early this month with 3 different Instagram versions; it might be because of that; however a good way to check is if you look into your analytics and see if your posts got effected by reach,

I believe the algorithm had an update and it limits the reach of older accounts.

Be patient, don't rush. Just keep posting regularly, and focus on the quality of your videos.
