Hello my dear friends. Lately, I’ve been feeling super burnt out. Between juggling multiple projects, testing new methods, and trying to stay on top of trends, I’m hitting a wall. I know burnout is part of the game, but it’s been tough to shake off this time.
Anyone here have good tips for getting back on track? How do you handle it when the grind just feels endless? Appreciate any advice!

What helped me:
I stopped working for one month
left the city and spent Long Time in Nature / forest and Lake
Found a good doc:
For sleeping / Stop "thinking" trimineurin
For Lack of happiness ssri fluoxitin
for Energy bupropion

It helped a lot.

This happens to me a lot too and I usually try to get around it by doing other things. This advice doesn't work for me either, but sometimes it does. Change your perspective and look at things from a different angle.

I've been thinking about going on a field trip too, it really recharges

take short breaks, set work boundaries, and focus on key tasks.
Step away for hobbies, celebrate small wins, and take a moment to kneel down and pray. You’ve got this!

Really just means, you don't give yourself enough rest
Step back
Take a rest
juggling too much things becomes a chore whether or not you would like to admit it
Routine ≠ chores

you can take short breaks prioritize tasks, and set clear boundaries to recharge.
Try stepping back to regain focus sometimes a day off can do wonders

Burnout is a common issue, to bounce back, it's crucial to take care of your body by prioritizing sleep, eating nutritious meals, and regular exercise, as physical health significantly impacts mental well-being. Identify the main sources of your burnout, whether it's workload, insufficient rewards or something else

Set a cut off time Mon-Fri where you don't check your emails, or do anything work related unless it's absolutely crucial.
VA's can assist with this, or if you're a one-man operation, it's not going to kill the business if you shut up shop at 7pm each night.
