Anyone else finds NEIL PATEL cringy ??

This dude ownes Ubersuggest and a lot more big things not sure why everytime i look at his videos which definitely pops up in a while on any unrelated topic, i felt like why you !!!

And he still send these type of emails don't know why I still haven't unsubscribed him :)

Back in 2007 I think, he had commentluv enabled on his blog quicksprout, every webmaster would hangout trying to get a comment approved because it was do follow and he had PR6 or so.

I find him a bit awkward too, but nonetheless, he posts good stuff from time to time. Even if he didn't he knows his business.
Last time I checked, one of his blog (network) ranks 2 or 3 for best web hosting or web shared web hosting or something like that.

That article alone brings A LOT of money every month to his pockets.

Yes Never doubted his marketing skills. This person is crazy with the marketing styles and rank for really big keywords alone.

Most people ignores ads :) and nothing he can do about it so he is no.1 on it.

But something things are really overwhelming for one person to manage all the videos and it starts decreasing the face value of person. I feels like this for him.

he is annoying af, but there are enough n00bs that will follow him as they have no idea.
just because you are a media whore doesnt mean you know a lot.
there are many "gurus" that rank with shit like this as they make their money not from their skills, but exploiting other people.
 
Neil Patel seems to know more about marketing than what he posts because these are just combinations of others that have already been posted.
 
I find his content generally isn't overly useful for his intended audience. By that, I mean while much of it is just generally well-known good practices, it's also mostly only good if you already have a website with lots of traffic.

Tips on title length and including linking to other pages, make sure to images, etc, and then magically tons of people show up. If your site isn't already a significant authority then these are good practices and do up the game but none of it will get your site popular in a hurry.

I'ts a little bit like learning the proper way to write a paragraph, but you're not going to have a best seller overnight (or probably even remotely in the future) just based on the info.

Not trying to be overly harsh, I just see it on par with Income School, etc. Following them isn't going to ensure success but they are indeed concepts that should be known as a given to get to success.
 
He does lectures with the DMI now very actively, I'm guessing that also brings him in ~$10k an appearance...
 
I'm going to be that guy and I am not alone, and say that Neil Patel is one of the best SEO experts. You can say what you want about your preferences but not insinuating something toxic about him. Looks have nothing to do with personality. By the way, I find him very good looking, baldness is the latest style in tech if you didn't get the memo. No offense.

Neil Patel SEO is just too generic-general.

I prefer matt and his team, and every other SEO guru's that he interviewed.
They always come out with different unique idea, they even discuss Google algo patent, then act accordingly.

I agree, matt is smart, so is Koray. But topical authority is a myth. Newspapers just for any topic even if they wrote it for the first time on their website. Say that I said it. Peace.

Because news paper has authority power advantages.

When they published a newer content let say best weight loss pill even the page has zero backlink,
Google will still throw them straight to the front page due to authority "trust" - for them to directly "play" CTR and user behavior game, compare to non auth sites

But, there are many other roads that we can choose to pop on first page without "authority" power.
Auth power, is a long and time consuming road to choose.

Irrespective of people opinion's about the quality of his content. The guy is undeniably one of the best seo marketers right now, if not the best, in terms of reach and $. In terms of monetizing, he's probably #1.

I'm more than sure he's calculated all the metrics on sending those types of emails, they probably produce a significant amount of $ per send. He also does not give a fuck if you unsubscribe.

The aim of an email list is to generate $, not focus on peoples feelings.

I find him to be exceptionally calculated, which I personally like.
