Refresh the cache , Check the error pages too and BW of the site if everything is clear then switch your host accordingly.

Monitor sever usage and uptime logs then consider a more reliable host.

If you're on shared hosting and getting generic responses from support it's almost always resource throttling from neighboring sites. Setting up Cloudflare for basic monitoring and DNS handling can help short term but moving to a cheap VPS like Hetzner or DigitalOcean with RunCloud/ServerPilot will save you a lot of headache in the long run.

i still find it better to do this on my own because I have not found a reliable hosting service provider yet who can host all my projects for me. making your own server gives you greater control but security is an equally vital aspect.there are so many attacks today that one needs to stay secure.

I would isolate the problem layer by layer: uptime and HTTP status, server CPU/RAM/I/O, application logs, CDN or firewall events, DNS resolution and network routing. Test the origin directly as well as through the domain. If the origin is healthy but the domain intermittently fails, compare DNS answers from several locations and check recent nameserver or record changes.
